Accordion Run Session

The Accordion Run is an aerobic, strength based set designed to improve your back end strength and speed.

Chris McCormack incorporated it into his training program to strenghten the weak part of his marathon.

“Ultimately I think the Accordion set won me World Championship races.

Not for the feint hearted but teaches you pace, patience and ability to push when you need.
