Challenge Family welcomes Holly Bennett to Americas team

In yet another move to support Challenge Family’s growth worldwide, industry veteran Holly Bennett has been appointed as Marketing & Communications Director for the Americas region.

Bennett brings a vast and varied wealth of experience to the role, having served most recently as freelance editor-at-large for two of Challenge Family’s valued media partners, Triathlete Magazine and Australian Triathlete Magazine, as well as managing a portfolio of marketing and public relations clients.  A well-known name in the multisport industry, Bennett’s professional background includes 15 years of media, marketing and sales savvy.  She is also an avid long-distance triathlete and runner.

“It’s no secret that Challenge Family is near and dear to my heart,” says Bennett.  “Over the past several years I’ve had the opportunity to travel the world as a journalist, reporting on and competing in numerous Challenge races, and in my opinion there is no organization that better embodies the true spirit of triathlon and the awesome heart of the endurance sports community.  Challenge Family fully embraces each of its participants and partners–the athletes, volunteers, sponsors, media and host communities–providing an unparalleled race experience.  I’ve long felt like part of the Challenge Family, and I’m honored now to join the team in an official capacity and apply my enthusiasm and professional expertise to growing the brand and sharing the Challenge experience with athletes throughout North, South and Central America.”

In her new position Bennett is responsible for strategic marketing campaigns, content creation and media relations serving the 15 Americas region events, aligning with the global vision of Challenge Family.
