Remarkable road to Roth
Posted on: Tuesday 14th April 2015
“Six years ago I weighed over 420 pounds and couldn’t walk up the stairs without being out of breath. I decided it was time to stop living that way and started eating healthy. That afternoon I went for a walk around the block and woke up sore the next day! But I did keep going. I still have a long way to go but I am down 170 pounds and am closer to being the man I always knew I could be.”
Team MaccaX member, Tim Recher has already been on an epic journey, going from 420lbs to full distance triathlon.
Now the story continues as he begins training for his dream race, Challenge Roth.
Tim works as a professional Chef and has a young family – he knows all about discipline and working within tight schedules.
Join us as we follow Chef Tim on his Road to Roth.
Tim will be using the MaccaX Roth race specific plan.
